We do not collect personal information for marketing purposes through our Applications, and we do not have access to customer data stored within Microsoft Dataverse unless explicitly granted by the customer for support purposes.

All business data entered through our Applications is stored within the customer’s own Microsoft tenant (Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform environment).
DynamicsHub does not transfer or host this data on external servers.

The customer remains the sole data controller of all data processed by our Applications.


3. Use of Information

We may use limited metadata and diagnostic information to:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues.

  • Improve product functionality and performance.

  • Maintain security, compliance, and reliability of our Applications.

We do not sell, lease, or share customer data with third parties.


4. Data Security

All data processed by our Applications remains subject to Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
DynamicsHub follows best practices to ensure our code and connectors adhere to Microsoft security and data-handling requirements.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the appropriate lawful basis for processing personal data.

  • Managing access, permissions, and retention policies within their Microsoft tenant.

  • Complying with local employment and privacy regulations when using our Applications.


6. Support and Data Access

If customers contact us for support, we may request temporary access to their Dynamics 365 or Dataverse environment.
Such access will only be used to investigate and resolve the reported issue and will be revoked immediately after resolution.


7. Compliance

Our Applications are designed to support compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including:

  • The UK Data Protection Act 2018

  • The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)
